TRAVEL BABEES, INC. RENTAL CONTRACT AND AGREEMENT

Acceptance of the rental equipment constitutes an agreement between the Renter and Travel BaBees, Inc. in accordance with the terms of this rental contract.
If the Renter does not agree to the terms of this contract, or if the Renter does not approve of the equipment delivered, the renter shall immediately contact Travel BaBees, Inc. to arrange for the rented equipment to be picked up or replaced. In such case, the Renter shall remain responsible for all charges in accordance with the Renter’s original reservation for the rental of equipment. All equipment is used at Renter’s risk. Renter assumes all responsibility for rented equipment while in Renter’s possession. Renter promises to return all rented equipment to Travel BaBees, Inc. in as good a condition as it was at the time of delivery. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Travel BaBees, Inc. and their officers, shareholders, owners, operators, agents, and employees from any claim arising from Renter’s use, operation or possession of the rented equipment and for the loss of time or inconvenience resulting from the use, operation or possession of the rented equipment, and from any and all costs, attorney’s fees and expenses incurred by any such party in connection with such claim or any action or proceeding brought against any such party, whether or not it be claimed or found that such damage claim or injury resulted in whole or in part from Travel BaBees, Inc. negligence, from the defective condition of the rented equipment, or from any other cause whatsoever. Renter shall be liable for any loss, theft, damage, permanent staining or destruction of the rented equipment. In the event the rented equipment shall be lost or damaged while in the possession of the Renter, the Renter shall pay to Travel BaBees, Inc. the cost of replacing or repairing the equipment, in addition to any charges incurred for the rental of the equipment. Renter agrees to NOT move the crib from the original location where the Travel BaBees, Inc. representative has originally set up. If Renter does such, Renter will be solely responsible for any damages to persons or equipment. DAMAGE WAIVER: Travel BaBees, Inc. offers a DAMAGE WAIVER as an easy and affordable way to protect yourself against costly repairs or replacement. While the Damage Waiver is not insurance, it is intended to cover damage to the rental equipment. All incidents must be reported to Travel BaBees, Inc. within 24 hours. Travel BaBees, Inc. has the sole authority in determining validity of all claims. I understand that if I accept the Damage Waiver the $5.00 charge will be added to the rental total, providing for one easy payment. ***Please note this is not a confirmed order until a credit card reservation has been made. |
