PLEASE NOTE:
- There is a $50.00 roundtrip delivery fee, including set up and pick up per order.
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received in (sheets are the exception as they do not have to be laundered). Failure to do so will result in a $25.00 cleaning charge.
- Cribs require a 1 week minimum rental period. All other items require a 3-day minimum rental.

TRAVEL BABEES, INC. RENTAL CONTRACT AND AGREEMENT

Acceptance of the rental equipment constitutes an agreement between the Renter and Travel Babees, Inc. in accordance with the terms of this rental contract.
If the Renter does not agree to the terms of this contract, or if the Renter does not approve of the equipment delivered, the renter shall immediately contact Travel Babees, Inc. to arrange for the rented equipment to be picked up or replaced. In such case, the Renter shall remain responsible for all charges in accordance with the Renter’s original reservation for the rental of equipment. All equipment is used at Renter’s risk. Renter assumes all responsibility for rented equipment while in Renter’s possession. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Travel Babees, Inc. and their officers, shareholders, owners, operators, agents, and employees from any claim arising from Renter’s use, operation or possession of the rented equipment. Travel Babees, Inc. will not be held responsible for any damage, injury, or loss, including death, arising from the use of any rented equipment or the failure of the equipment to function as intended by the manufacturer. Renter is responsible for reading the instruction manual and the quick reference guide to ensure proper use of the rented equipment. Renter shall be liable for any loss, theft, damage, permanent staining or destruction of the rented equipment. In the event the rented equipment shall be lost or damaged while in the possession of the Renter, the Renter shall pay to Travel Babees, Inc. the cost of replacing or repairing the equipment, in addition to any charges incurred for the rental of the equipment. Renter agrees to return all rented equipment to Travel Babees, Inc. in the same condition it was received in (except linens). Failure to do so will result in a $25.00 excessive cleaning fee. Renter agrees to return all equipment to the original delivery location unless prior arrangements have been made. Equipment that is unable to be retrieved in a timely fashion will result in a charge of additional rental days and a return trip fee. Renter agrees that he/she will NOT move the crib from the original location where Travel Babees has placed it. In the event that the crib is moved, Renter will release Travel Babees from any liability and assume all responsibility for any damages to persons or equipment.
